Only domain is sold. No logo, website or hosting. All domains available on UpStartNames.com are currently registered at GoDaddy.com, Uniregistry.com or NameCheap.com. Remaining length of current registration varies with each domain. Following sale, Buyer is responsible for annual renewal fee set by Registrar to be paid at, or prior to, renewal/expiration date in order to maintain ownership.
Secure checkout is provided for the purchase of domains through Dan.com in USD. If no BIN is available, please send your offer through Dan.com, the contact form or email to adelphitrade@gmail.com with the domain and amount of your offer.
Unless otherwise agreed, Buyer to pay within 3 calendar days of agreement to purchase. All transactions are to be completed through Dan.com’s escrow service. Any domain name Registrar transfer fees are the responsibility of the Buyer. If Buyer accepts transfer of the domain to an account where the domain is currently registered there will be no Registrar transfer fees. Buyer’s Registrar ID number or Username & email address are required to transfer domain to Buyer’s corresponding Registrar account. If you don’t have an account at GoDaddy, Uniregistry or NameCheap, you can set one up in a few minutes.
If Buyer fails to timely pay or fails to provide valid account information to facilitate transfer of domain, the sale will be voidable at Seller’s option.
Alternate purchase arrangements can be made through Escrow.com at Buyer’s option. Buyer will be responsible for Escrow.com fees in addition to purchase price of the domain.
Trademark due diligence is the responsibility of the Buyer and no representations are made with regard to trademark infringement or availability of trademarks.
